Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and reflect the full scope of work; there are no hidden fees for revisions within the agreed scope. Payment is split 50% at engagement start and 50% on delivery of the final pack.

Can I buy individual services instead of a full plan?

Yes. Every service — editorial strategy, pipeline design, team onboarding, publishing workflow, and performance analytics — is available as a standalone engagement. Individual pricing is scoped during the discovery call, as the effort varies with team size and tool complexity. The bundled plans above represent the best value for teams that need more than one service.

Are there ongoing retainer options after the initial engagement?

Yes. After completing a one-time engagement, clients can move onto a quarterly content operations retainer that includes strategy reviews, pipeline tune-ups, and analytics interpretation sessions. Retainer pricing starts at KSh 35,000 per quarter and is discussed at the 60-day check-in.

Do you work with teams outside Kenya?

Yes. Most of our engagements are delivered fully remotely, and we have worked with teams in Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, and South Africa. All sessions are conducted in English via video call, and deliverables are formatted for asynchronous review so time-zone differences don't slow the project down.

What happens if my team's tools change mid-engagement?

If you switch tools before we've completed configuration, we'll assess the impact and agree a revised scope in writing. Minor tool swaps within the same category — for example, moving from Asana to ClickUp — are usually absorbed within the existing scope. A move to an entirely different class of tool may require a scope amendment and additional fee.
