Current-state process audit
We map every step your content currently takes from idea to published, identify where time and quality are lost, and document the root cause of your three biggest recurring bottlenecks.
Content Pipeline Design
We design the exact production pipeline — from brief creation to final file — that removes guesswork, clarifies ownership, and keeps content moving on schedule.
Without a defined pipeline, content production depends entirely on individual heroics — whoever is most organised and most available drives the output. That's fine for two articles a month. It breaks completely at ten. Stonezpanda designs content pipelines as structured workflows with named stages, clear role assignments, and tool integrations that automate the handoffs that currently eat your team's time. We map your current production reality first — interviewing your team, reviewing your tool stack, and timing your actual bottlenecks — then redesign the flow from the ground up. The result is a documented, testable pipeline your team can run without us in the room.

A fully documented production workflow — stage names, role owners, input and output criteria for each stage, and decision rules for when content moves forward or returns for revision.
We configure your chosen project management tool (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello) to mirror the pipeline blueprint — with templates, automations, and status triggers already set up.
A set of standard operating procedures — one per pipeline stage — written in plain language so any new team member can pick up their role without a two-hour onboarding call.
Pipeline design engagements run three to four weeks, depending on team size and tool complexity. We configure up to two integrated tools as part of the package; additional integrations are quoted separately. The pipeline we design is only as reliable as the team's willingness to follow it — adoption is addressed in our Team Onboarding service, which most clients book alongside or immediately after pipeline design. If your team is fully remote or distributed across time zones, we factor that into the handoff and approval structure from the start.
We had four people producing content and none of us knew who was responsible for what. Stonezpanda came in, mapped the chaos, and rebuilt the whole thing in Notion. Two months later we're publishing twice the volume with zero dropped handoffs. The SOP library alone saved us from re-explaining everything to every new hire.
